Your new role
You will be working closely with Senior Project Managers to deliver high value construction projects. You will be assisting with bid writing, tender processes, design meetings and liaising with planning teams. You will attend client meetings, gaining an understanding of their expectations and big picture ideas. You will work with a variety of contract types, such as JCT and NEC, you will also work with the early RIBA stages to begin with. This role will require you to be flexible, organised and knowledgeable of IT systems. The client is looking for someone who is looking to progress to Senior PM.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed either of the following degrees: Building Surveying, Project Management or Construction Management. You will have experience in the industry, ideally working for a consultancy supporting PM's with construction or refurbishment projects.You will be working towards chartership or have an interest in RICS. This role needs someone who pays attention to detail and has good client communication skills.
