Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for your own portfolio with specific clients
- Day to day contact with tenants on all property and lease matters
- Advise clients on lease responsibilities and liabilities
- Property inspections and initiating necessary repairs
- Managing service charge supplier contracts in multi-let properties
- Identify opportunities to negotiate re-gears to achieve value enhancement
- In liaison with accounts, section financial management of service charge budgets and accounts
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial property management
- Professional and personable with a commercial approach
- Ability to problem solve
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
