Client-Side Commercial Property and Asset Manager

We have been instructed by a privately-owned, well-funded Asset and Investment Manager in growth mode, seeking to hire an ambitious surveyor to join a wider team of 8 who has the appetite to move into a future asset management role at the firm.

We are looking for someone either recently qualified or soon to be qualified and the salary on offer will depend on your experience and/or qualification status.

Your role will see you working in a close-knit team, reporting into a the Head of Asset Management, responsible for managing an industrial portfolio spread across London and the South East.

This post will be based from their offices in Canary Wharf, accessible from most areas in London & surrounding areas via the Jubilee Line and DLR. As an on organisation, they boast a vibrant working culture with a work hard, play hard ethos. You will be given both autonomy and support in an environment where you won’t feel like just a number.

The successful applicant will be familiar with Commercial Property Management, Lease Management and have a good general understanding of Commercial Property. In return for your services, you can expect full support in getting chartered if not already, bonus’ paid twice per year at the discretion of the company, and the support of a fun team who will make you want to make you get out of bed each morning.

Please note, you will need to have access to a vehicle but will be able to claim back mileage costs.
