Job Details

One of the UK's leading Property Investment and Development REIT's is looking for a Commercial Property Manager on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract. This FTSE 100 business develop and finance a high quality mixed commercial/residential portfolio, which provides a fantastic place for people to work and live. The Property Management role will contribute to the safety and wellbeing of all users of the building/estate, whilst all enhancing the investment value of the asset for the landlord.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a professional understanding and working relationship with all occupiers and encourage frequent communication and flow of information
  • Effectively manage service partners and their contract performance 
  • Manage the production of the annual building service charge budget and management accounts
  • Ensure that Health & Safety, emergency procedures and safe working procedures are a established
  • Ensure all aspects of building staff training, development and general welfare requirements are identified and formally reviewed
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Liaise with other Property Managers encouraging a one team working relationship
Requirements
  • Service Charge & Financial Management experience
  • 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
  • IOSH/NEBOSH Qualified desirable
  • Strong IT and Communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
