About the Job
In this role you will be working closely to play a significant part of a forward-thinking team. You will be involved in a range of rural consultancy matters and principally farm sales agency. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive the business forward and take a lead role to support the wider team.
The Ideal Candidate
As an Associate Director you will strive to build your own work and support the wider team in driving revenue, profitability and lead generation throughout their region. The desirable candidate will be MRICS qualified or have relevant experience in rural property as well as a strong understanding of UK agriculture. A track record of meeting and exceeding targets with strong negotiation skills and rapport-building skills. The ability to pitch for new business and an understanding of farm sales process.
