PROPERTY MANAGER

For a privately owned mixed property portfolio, within a diversified and progressive rural estate.

We seek a commercially minded surveyor to take responsibility for the overall general management of the let residential property stock, and the maintenance and preservation of our agricultural and heritage buildings and infrastructure.

As a key member of the senior management team, which is responsible for delivering the Estate’s objectives, the person will ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of this part of our business.

The post carries a high level of responsibility, requiring exceptional leadership, management and organisational skills, and with an ability to handle a demanding workload whilst balancing different priorities and varied works streams and projects. The salary will reflect this.
