Land Manager - Client Side, Renewables (Lanarkshire)

A family owned Renewables Development Group are on the lookout for the next professional to join their team.

With their renewable energy schemes providing electricity across multiple locations in the North of England and throughout Scotland, they continue to seek opportunities for further development of renewable energy.

This is an opportunity to not only be part of a fantastic ethos but to also get involved in initiatives in different local communities alongside landowners and local authorities which maximise the social and economic benefit of developments in said communities.

You will be tasked with delivering land rights, negotiating land deals/assembly packages, building relationships with landowners and management of external consultants/solicitors through land agreements. Salary £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance.
