Developer Quantity Surveyor - Client Side - Manchester

A leading North West property developer needs a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor to help with a number of high-value and high-spec projects they are working on. Business is booming, and the number of quality refurbishments, repurposings and new-builds they have on the go is increasing rapidly. You'd be given a mix of residential and commercial work straight away, so you'd need to be adept at cost planning and estimates, liaising with external QS's and due diligence of cost plans, tender documents and contracts.

You will need to have building and project consultancy experience (rather than main contractor or subcontractor experience) and ideally be able to hit the ground running on any commercial projects thrown at you, eg residential, commercial, leisure or hotels etc. If you're MRICS or MCIOB or MAPM qualified, all the better.
