Responsible for a variety of projects across new build, refurbishment and maintenance of property. Control cost, minimise waste, deliver budget control, manage supply chain, and improve the management of cost.

QS/Cost Management experience on client side
Supply chain management & engagement
Cost / waste reduction
Audit, litigation and contract disputes
Exposed to range of commercial contracts
Ability to influence & build relations with key senior stakeholders
Prepare capital budgets, implement cost assurance and controls
Plan & implement course correction procedures when necessary
Profile
Excellent financial/commercial understanding
MRICS/FRICS
Degree in relevant subject preferred
Retail experience beneficial
Clientside experience essential
