General Practice / LPA Receivership Surveyor

Senior Surveyor / Associate (General Practice) – Docklands office/East London coverage - £80k+

Our client

The property services arm of an award winning Business Recovery Specialist, based in the Docklands, covering Greater London and the South providing wide ranging GP Services to lenders, private owners, developers, investors, insolvency practitioners, asset managers, financial institutions and charities.

The role

A varied GP role covering everything from loan security valuations to LPA Receivership and the full spectrum of general practice in between (subject to qualification, experience and desire!). The position would best suit a broadly experienced GP Surveyor keen to work a niche role (receivership) within a smaller team (x4) sitting under a much bigger group (x80 staff). Some of our clients other professional services (which you may or may not have the experience/desire to get involved with) include Lease Advisory, Commercial Agency, Residential Agency, Residential Valuation, Tenant Representation, Commercial Valuation, Dilapidations schedules and advice, Leasehold Reform and Asset / Portfolio Management  

The candidate

You’ll be MRICS with 4 years PQE and ideally a Registered Property Receiver (although this isn’t essential). You’ll write clear and concise reports and have the ability to provide professional advise to a range of clients. You’ll also have a stable career history, the ability to manage / guide a small team and the commercial awareness to develop the existing / future client base.  

Remuneration

Up to £80k basic plus commissions, Christmas bonus, professional fees paid, remote/flexible working, private healthcare and life assurance. Holiday entitlement begins at 25 days plus public rising with tenure.
