Macdonald & Company are proud to be working with a long established mixed professional firm based in Essex who are looking for a Chartered Valuations Surveyor to join their organisation. Our client is looking to offer up to £60,000 plus commission dependent on experience with a clear pathway for this individual to work towards future directorship.

If you are a Chartered Surveyor/Registered Valuer with minimum 4 years PQE who is looking to work in a busy professional team with a varied workload- we would like to speak with you. The workload will depend on experience but will include secured bank lending, non-secured valuations, leasehold enfranchisement and Landlord and Tenant.

Our client boasts a great working environment with a friendly team and can offer support and training to develop into a role with early prospects for advancement to Board level for the right candidate.

Part time home based work is on offer and you be expected to work principally in the North/East London and Essex areas.
