Building Safety Manager - Interim position with potential permanent role to follow - Exeter & South West
Your new company
You will be joining a South West based independent housing association who own and manage properties across the wider South West region.
Your new role
You will lead and manage across all aspects of the building safety asset function. This will include:
- Maintaining compliance with fire safety act
- Delivering actions in accordance with the proposed building safety bill
- Providing technical insight and input across fire, water, gas, electrical, asbestos and pump stations
- Overseeing communal health & safety audits
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to demonstrate prior experience delivering across property compliance within a housing asset management function.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial 3 month interim contract which is likely to extend to a further 6 months. You may have an opportunity to progress into a permanent position if this would be of interest.
