Interim Head of Regeneration & Growth - North West - 6 months - Immediate start

My north west based local authority client is looking for an interim head of regeneration & growth for a 6 month period. Responsibilities would include:

• To be responsible for the operational delivery and management of regeneration services within the strategic growth department. It will have direct responsibility for the following service areas
  o Portfolio Management
  o Programme and Project management
  o Transport
  o Major Planning Application coordination
  o Engagement with Housing and commercial developers to enable private sector growth. 
•  To provide a professional portfolio, programme, and project management framework to ensure the delivery of the council's Growth outcomes. To work with internal and external partners to ensure that residents can access the opportunities that growth brings, supporting the Council’s Community.
