As the Director of Project Monitoring you will sit within the Advisory Due Diligence team of this global construction & property consultant. Covering work primarily undertaken within the UK you will be responsible for delivering, managing and coordinating the delivery of all Project Monitoring Services.
MRICS you will have detailed knowledge and practical experience of delivery of Project Monitoring services on behalf of Funders and broad, in-depth experience of delivering construction and property related consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
Client facing you will be comfortable working as part of and leading a team and have the gravitas to front £50m plus schemes.
