Commercial Property Manager

Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a Privately Owned International Property Company, who are looking to grow their Commercial Property Management team. You will play an important role as part of their community and in making the mixed-use estate a better place to work and live. Working with the wider property management team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of 20 assets including a mixture of Office, Retail and Residential units, in Central London. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide first class customer service and be the first point of contact for all fee paying customers
• Ensure all directly managed buildings within the portfolio are fully operational and functional
• Prepare service charge budgets for directly managed buildings
• Liaise with contractors and ensure works are carried out to a high standard
• Conduct property inspections
• Ensure all assets are 100% compliant with all Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years property management experience managing a mixed-use portfolio
• Previous experience of managing public spaces
• Ideally have a technical understanding of the asset, covering Fabric, M&E and systems
• Able to understand, analyse and communicate service charge budgets
• IRPM qualified preferred but not essential
