Joshua Robert Recruitment is working alongside a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy business with a unique business mix to appoint a Consultancy Services Director in the Midlands. The business is going through a significant period of evolution and change as it manages some of the countries most high profile construction and development projects. This mid-sized business is punching well above it's weight in terms of the calibre of projects and clients it's working with and is undergoing impressive growth. The organisation is built on an excellent foundation and offers a genuinely outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee, develop and manage a significantly sized business unit.

Reporting directly in to the Executive Chairman, the role will oversee a wide variety of functions, including commercial cost consultancy, project management and design as well as facilities management. Leading a large team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective day to running of the business, motivating and leading experienced and junior members of staff and setting the strategic agenda. There is an impressive client portfolio already in place and you will be expected to build strong relationships with individuals to CEO level, both internally and externally. 

To be considered for this position, you will need to be a qualified individual (MRICS) with experience inspiring teams, ideally within a consultancy or similar setting. The role will require an engaging individual focused on personal development with a commercial and strategic mindset. It is important you are able to bring stability and technical expertise to the position.
