Job title: Senior Building Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: London

A leading multi-discipline practice is looking to strengthen their building consultancy department with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor.

My client is a vibrant and dynamic organisation who provides accurate construction advice across the built environment. A reputable firm that works across several sectors including; housing, commercial, education, healthcare and residential.

The building consultancy department has recently been instructed in multiple long-term projects which has led to an opportunity arising. The surveying team is a sociable, friendly and professional bunch. A close-knit group who are all passionate and invested in their craft.

This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both professional and project disciplines. The successful Senior Building Surveyor will lead large schemes from inception to completion, whilst spotting new business opportunities. You will manage a prestigious client portfolio and deliver exclusive projects across London and the surrounding areas.

• Contract administration

• Planned maintenance programmes

• Party wall matters
• Schedules of condition
• Defect analysis
• Developing monitoring
• Refurbishment

About the Senior Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
