Regional / Area Managing Surveyor

My client is a large firm that is fast approaching national coverage and with an opportunity for an experienced surveyor to step into a team management position.

The ideal candidate will be an MRICS / FRICS Surveyor (either Building Surveying or Residential Valuation), have a wide exposure to a range of residential inspections and reports, be keen to manage a small regional team as well as undertake a reduced ‘on-the-tools’ workload.

Experience managing others is desired, but not strictly essential as this firm is keen to provide ongoing professional development (and is happy to assist in training building pathology or valuation as needed).

You will need to be based in / cover a patch somewhere across:

Cambridgeshire / Suffolk / Essex

As the patch will potentially cover parts of all counties (although this is not set).

Remuneration will be around £55k for the right candidate with bonuses for both fee work undertaken and team performance as a whole (worth c£25k p/a) + car allowance and private healthcare.
