Conveyancing Sales Progressor - London Residential Developer
£35,000 - £50,000
Conveyancing Assistant / Manager required for a leading London developer. The suitable candidate must have experience of the New Homes conveyancing process either by working within a conveyancing legal department or as a sales or plot progressor for a house-builder A residential conveyancing paralegal qualification would be an advantage. Further training will be provided on the job.

Responsibilities:
* Progression of all plots reserved with the sales team from reservation to exchange
* Assisting our Customer Relations department with completion queries
* Checking AML documents prior to FD sign off
* Spreadsheet reporting
* Attending weekly meetings to report on progression
* Attending meetings and liaising with relevant teams to prepare the site legal documents
* Liaising with our appointed solicitors on all matters
