Currently looking to recruit a Portfolio (Property) Manager to create and deliver the place-making and estate management strategy on Strategic Land and Regeneration Residential sites, sharing learning with the Residential Portfolio Management team for integration into other sites

This specific team are currently working on large, residential-led projects to support the targeted growth of the business. Working with the Estate Management Partners on portfolio of Residential Properties to achieve the business's goal of delivering quality managed environments, a market leading customer experience and leaving a legacy of strong and sustainable communities in line with their purpose and values, through a strategy underpinned by customer and community engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the site strategy for community engagement, social cohesion, integration with the wider community and delivering social events - in line with agreed group strategy.

Description

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage and motivate the Estate Management Partners to deliver high standards of management and compliance ensuring that the sites are well maintained and consistently present to a high standard.
• Lead, initiate and participate in skilled engagement with customers and community stakeholders including leading meetings sometimes in difficult situations, using collaboration to develop strong and sustainable community support structures.
• Work with the Estate Management Partner to ensure high standards of property management and compliance.
• Deal with legal contracts relating to the provision of estate management services on site or with service providers.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS and possess relevant residential property management industry experience, as well as experience in managing multiple sites and large investments. Have a good understanding an experience of residential legislation, skilled in managing third party service providers proven knowledge and experience in Budget and Service Charge management.
