Residential Valuation Surveyor

Macdonald & Company are working with a renowned Real Estate Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Residential Valuation Surveyor. 

Our client are experiencing a period of growth, have recently acquired new businesses and have adopted a flexible approach to working. 

This has presented the opportunity to recruit in to their valuations team. 

Your role will be to carry out value on instructions efficiently and with a high degree of independence within the context of the wider Valuation Team.
This will include the preparation of concise, informative and accurate value on reports ready for Director review and sign ‐off.
Day to day, you will be expected to collaborate with value on colleagues and to assume personal responsibility for smaller to mid‐size instructions.
You will be encouraged to work smartly and efficiently in order to maximise profitability.
 
Preferred candidates will have the below:
Good experience in valuing residential led developments;
A track record in preparing RICS Red Book Valuations for Commercial Lending (development, owner occupied and investment properties),
Corporate valuations and consultancy advice;
RICS qualification;
RICS Registered Valuer – you’ll be provided with support in obtaining this as necessary;
Experience in preparing RICS Red Book Valuations;
 
Salary in the region of £40- £50,000 + Bonus and attractive benefits.
