Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-regarded construction consultancy is looking to bolster their cost consultancy team with the hire of a Senior Cost Manager for their Bristol office.

My client are a well-established consultancy who provide cost management, project management and building surveying services. They work across a number of sectors, namely residential, commercial, healthcare and industrial.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join a forward thinking practice, who will give you a strong platform to enhance your career.

You'll be joining a great team of professionals and will be working on some exciting projects with some interesting clients. Projects usually range from £500k to £30 million.

It is essential that you have prior experience within a UK consultancy and you will ideally be MRICS. It is also important that you have strong experience in both pre and post contract duties.
