St Paul's School

What is your career plan?

Always a surprisingly difficult question to answer…

When do we ever have time to stop and think about it, we’re all just too busy doing our day to day jobs, not hugely thinking about the future.

Well... I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way.

When you join this organisation, all they are thinking about is your progression, what you can learn next and how you can grow in your career.

You will come in as a Maintenance Operative, working within an Independent School which is going through major construction projects as we speak.

Of course, you will have the day to day, the general maintenance, ppm worksheets, fire alarm testing and assisting the wider Estates team, you know the drill.

What you won’t know, is that at the School, you will get a free hot lunch, access to their state of the art gym and leisure facilities and many more benefits.

A background in carpentry or ‘on the tools’ is needed here and ambition, as always is the key to success.

Don’t worry if you’re not trained yet in Health and Safety, they are more than happy to train you up.

If this role sounds like a bit of you, then please apply below, I know your CV may not be up to date, so just send what you have or connect with me on LinkedIn (Bekah Pauley) and we can discuss further.

Oyster Partnership have partnered exclusively with St Paul’s School. Any direct or third party applications will be forwarded to Oyster Partnership.
