Job Details

St Paul's School

What is your long-term plan?

A question often asked, and rarely answered truthfully…

When do we ever have time to stop and think about it, we’re all just too busy doing our day to day jobs, not hugely thinking about the future.

What if I told you that it doesn’t have to be that way?

When you join this organisation, all they think about is your progression, and the real proof of this, is that a previous Operations Administrator, is now the Facilities Manager – how’s that for progression.

You will be the first point of contact for all Estates related queries, prioritising tasks for the maintenance department, and managing the utilities processes.

Your role is a frontline link for all stakeholders in the school, managing requests trough the reactive helpdesk system.

A base knowledge of Health and Safety is helpful, but not necessary, however you will need to have experience in invoicing, finance and helpdesk systems.

Why work for an Independent School?

Well apart from the amazing buildings and grounds they offer, you will get a free hot lunch, access to their state-of-the-art gym and leisure facilities and many more benefits.

If this role sounds like you, then please apply below, I know your CV may not be up to date, so just send what you have or connect with me on LinkedIn and we can discuss further.
