Senior Building Surveyor

My client has an excellent reputation for delivering building surveying services with over 25+ years of experience, covering all aspects of building surveying associated with the acquisition, ownership, occupation, maintenance, and disposal of property. Clients they are currently working with include but are not limited to pension funds, investors, retailers, residential conversions and warehouses.

They are now looking to hire due to increase in workload. This is a perfect chance for a surveyor who is looking to establish a name and progress their career level and work with a diverse portfolio. The workload is currently made up of several project instructions including CAT A & CAT B, Design & Build. PPM’s, TDD surveys, dilapidations, and some party wall from time to time.

To be considered for this position you must be MRICS, client facing and enjoy delivery. You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the market and have experience within areas such as approval of alterations, building advice and pathology, contract administration, design and specification, dilapidations, party wall, planned preventative maintenance and project management. It is important that you can maintain and develop new business and have an appetite for winning new work.

You will receive a basic salary up to £65,000 D.O.E plus pension, healthcare, a guaranteed bonus, performance related bonus and commission on new clients.
