Carriera is recruiting for one of the London's most under the radar construction consultancy whose service offering covers project and cost management.

About the role

As a senior project manager, you will spend 50% of your time working with the wider team on a £200m GDV mixed-use redevelopment of a large building owned by an insurer. The rest of your time will be spent leading commercial CAT A+B projects for funds or HNWI.

About you

You will be degree educated in either Building Surveying or Project Management, and be a member of RICS. It is essential you have CAT A+B fit-out experience within the commercial office space and have led schemes from inception through to completion.
