Head of Residential Development opportunity in Essex

Your new company
Excellent opportunity to work directly for a developer in Essex who specialise in residential schemes predominantly in north Essex. Working with a substantial existing land bank, you will lead an experienced team to develop existing buildings whilst also acquiring land and property.

Your new role
As the Head of Residential Development you will identify new opportunities for development, both new build and refurbishment. You will produce feasibility reports and financial appraisals of the schemes as well as lead planning applications through the planning process. You will also manage the team to ensure efficient delivery with a strong customer focus.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should have experience in residential development from inception to completion and have experience mentoring or managing small teams.
