An exceptional opportunity for a Development Manager to join a proactive, value led Regeneration Property Developer to support their Development Management function and senior management team on significant residential regeneration and estate renewal schemes across Manchester and the North West.

In this role of a Development Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work at the inception of dynamic and creative property developer focused upon regeneration, residential schemes. You will be responsible for supporting the Development Director to undergo projects guiding schemes through complex planning application stages and driving the projects through the development cycle and into delivery stages.

Real estate professionals with experience in planning, development management of residential housing, estate regeneration schemes are of significant interest and would be excited by the opportunity to invest in a growing an ambitious SME business. You may work as a Development Manager, Planning Manager, Project Manager for a Housebuilder, regeneration property company, or consultancy looking for a new and exciting challenge and the opportunity to work with an excellent leadership team.
