I am currently recruiting for an Estates Surveyor to join a well established, small team of chartered surveyors at a practice based in Gloucester.
Client Details
My client is a small firm of Chartered Surveyors who provides a range of property services to private clients, local and national companies, local authorities and property companies throughout Gloucestershire. We also undertake work out of county on a regular basis.
Description
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Managing the commercial portfolio
- Undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gears
- Advising on all landlord and tenant matters
Profile
The successful candidate will either be a chartered surveyor or on the journey to becoming a chartered surveyor, with experience working within commercial property portfolios.
Job Offer
The salary on offer for the successful candidate will be in the region of £38k - £42k DOE amongst other benefits.
