Our client: A national property consultancy with exciting upcoming projects with offices all around the UK is presently searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Exeter based office. The projects they are involved in range from £500k to £8,000,000 including refurbishment, extensions and new buildings, education, libraries, community, and office buildings.

Role of the Quantity Surveyor:

Offer Quantity Surveying services from inception through to completion. Providing support and advice to a team of surveyors ensuring clients receive professional advice.

The client is looking for (along with proven experience working in a Quantity Surveying position):

MRICS Qualified Project management experience on a range of building works, ideally in a similar construction environmentUp to date knowledge of Construction Design & Management (CDM) RegulationsExcellent analytical skills, with the confidence to present solutions to internal and external stakeholdersCurrently hold a CSCS card or be willing to attain one at short notice.
