Role of the Senior cost manager: If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Cost Consultant looking to move into an exciting manufacturing and technology-based growth sector based in Birmingham this opportunity could be the one for you. This role is comprised of giving professional Quantity Surveying and Cost management services to high-profile clients across the UK and Europe on large-scale industrial buildings and distribution centres.

Requirements:

MRICS Chartered Quantity SurveyorA proven cost management/ Quantity Surveying backgroundProven experience of working on large complex led construction projectsPassion for manufacturing and industry, and a desire to deliver exceptional resultsStrong cost estimating experience and rate/ benchmark knowledgeExperience of working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationshipsLeadership skills and experience of mentoring more junior colleaguesBenefits:
