Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

Be a qualified Building Surveyor, with a reasonable level of practical experience in the private sector Have full ability to work on their own, be comfortable dealing with clients, and have the ability to be able to generate new workload for the Practice.Be able to manage other members of the team and be comfortable working in a small multi-disciplinary practice.Have full CAD capabilities (currently using AutoCAD or Caddie)Be able to deal with all aspects of projects from inception through to completion, on refurbishment and new build, from £100K - £4 Million. Be able to produce specifications and schedules of work.Have some project management experience or an interest in developing this.
