Our client: An international consultancy firm operating in offices across the UK and Europe, undertaking in new and modern designs across a variety of sectors is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Cost Manager today!

The Candidate's responsibilities:

Providing a range of Building Surveying duties across numerous sectors.Being able to use and apply complex contract types such as JCT and NEC.Appreciate the principles of quality, safety, and the environment within the management of projects.Supporting the senior managers in their day-to-day activities.Carry out surveys, inspections, schedules, provide professional services and the management of schemes.

Requirements:

A BSc (hons) in Building Surveying or a similar equivalent degree accredited by the RICS.Sound technical surveying knowledge and significant building surveying experienceExperience managing clients and their expectations coupled with a string understanding of profitability, business development and sound commercial awareness.Sound knowledge of drafting technical documents including bids.Full understanding of health and safety requirementsExcellent time management, punctuality, and commitment to getting the job done.Benefits:
