Works Supervisor / Surveyor - Plymouth

Works Surveyor / Supervisor required to join a housing association on an initial interim basis.

Your new company
You will be working for a award winning provider of affordable housing based in Plymouth who are seeking a works delivery surveyor who would be capable of delivering a wide range of construction works to both high rise property and individual homes.

Your new role
The primary focus of your role will be to ensure that contractors and contracts are managed and monitored as effectively as possible, ensuring that any local disputes with contractors are resolved promptly - and that all aspects of programme delivery are delivered to the highest possible standard.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to demonstrate working knowledge of building regulations, awareness of the main forms of contract, and up to date knowledge of current health & safety legislation.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a contract with an initial three months duration available and potential extension. If you are local to Plymouth you may also be interested in progressing to a permanent position after the initial contract period.
