Estate Surveyor

Interim Estates Surveyor - Council - 6 Months – Somerset - £40 Per Hour

My Local Authority Client based in the Somerset are currently looking for an Interim Estates Surveyor to join the team on a 6 month contract with the potential of being extended. The role will  predominantly be working from home but you will be required to travel to properties twice per week.

Skills/Requirements:

-Must have experience of GP Surveying as they need a Surveyor who has varied experience around Estates Management.

-Responsibilities include: Day to day estate management, rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord & tenant, service charges and re-gears.

-You don't need Local Authority experience for this role but it would be desirable for the position.

-Ideally you will be Chartered for this role.
