Senior Project Manager

Residential / New Build
Our Client is a new real estate and construction consultancy offering expert and independent advice to investors, developers and construction companies operating in residential and residential led property markets.
They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team to work specifically on projects across build to rent, senior living, complex regeneration and prime London residential. These projects can range up to £100m.
The ideal Senior Project Manager with have expertise in Residential market and also have new build experience with past project examples of; built from the ground up and with values of at least £10m.
- You have experience of multi stake-holder client liaison and will be able to act as the hub between client and specialist teams using your excellent communication skills to take the project through on time and to budget.
- You will have experience working in the residential sectors, student accommodation, social housing, high end resi or super prime - however the client is keen to reiterate that they don't want to preclude excellent candidates with other sectors.
- You are degree qualified in a relevant discipline and ideally MRICS accredited, APM or equivalent - again this is a 'would like' rather than a 'must have'.
Almost more importantly as "how good on paper you are" - this is very much a role for someone with a great personality, someone who can lead, get stuck in and someone who is excited about joining a firm and making a big difference.
