The consultancy based by Waterloo station is medium sized with around 60 in their London office.

Projects they typically work on are all private sector including residential, mixed-use, commercial and data centre schemes with values ranging anywhere from £10m - £300m.

The role is a mix of delivery, team management and business development – they are not looking for someone to introduce clients to them but build on existing relationships they have currently.

As a business they are in a fantastic position financially and have weathered the storm of the pandemic, they are a very forward-thinking company that is looking to adapt as the construction industry changes and they are all for using new and up to date systems.

For years they have punched above their weight in terms of winning projects, having recently won the largest data centre projects in the UK to date.

Putting all cards on the table they recently had a Director leave the business and they are looking to fill that void, they are looking to bring someone in at AD level to give room to grow into the culture and the role organically.

The office space they have is smart and as much as they like having people in, you would have the flexibility to work from home 3x a week if you wished.

Salary: £80k - £90k

Package: Car allowance / Bonus / Profit Share (you would typically be invited to this after 1 year of service, but this could amount up to £15k on top of your normal bonus depending on company performance) / Family Healthcare / 6% Pension / 25 days holiday (this rises +1 day every year of service)
