PROJECT MANAGER

As one of our Project Manager, you'll deliver high-quality expertise that positively impacts society, the economy, and the environment. Enjoy opportunities to work closely with colleagues, clients, stakeholders and contractors, leading smaller commissions or assisting on major projects. With us, you'll never have to stop developing. YOUR PURPOSE

  • Manage a range of projects – Leading on a day to day delivery
  • Project reporting/ Monitoring – Produce required PM reports throughout the project delivery, establish processes and procedures to monitor all key aspects of the projects
  • Control and update project documents
  • Set up and chair project meetings
  • Can work well independently but works well with other when receiving and being set specific assignment instructions and objectives.
  • Knowledge of project and programme methodology/ delivery
  • Working within a team of professionals delivering project in line with the project programme and budget
  • Liaising with key clients, their stakeholders, continually developing client relationships
  • To be a good ambassador for Faithful+Gould and your profession

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

  • Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent, or in the process of achieving it
  • Qualified to degree level in Project/ Construction Management or equivalent by experience
  • A courteous manner with a high level of professionalism and team working skills
  • A full driving licence and prepared to travel
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft project would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience of the construction industry
  • Ability to present well with good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements; relevant training will be provided as part of the induction process
