Projects: Industrial, Commercial and Retail Company Headcount: 10 - 30 Requirements of the Development Surveyor: MRICS qualifiedPrevious experience of working in an agency, consultancy of practice environmentExperience of working on a wide range of projects from inception through to completionTake acquisitions through to the build stage From a Developer / Housebuilder background Projects will vary from investment to development across the commercial, industrial and retail sectors, investment and land acquisitions typically range from £1m - £25m in value and development projects upwards of £100m.
