An opportunity has arisen within the Parks team for a Surveyor in their London Office, helping to continue delivering the highest levels of satisfaction amongst tenants and clients alike.
Duties will include property inspections and taking note of building defects, tenant alterations, occupiers and what is happening in the local area, attending meetings with tenants and consultants and working with site management teams, client accountants, purchase ledger and treasury.
Along with this, presentation of management reports to the client in face to face meetings and
ensuring service charge budgets and reconciliations are delivered in line with the company’s guidelines
This role will report directly to the Associate Director and will present a fantastic opportunity for further progression for the successful individual.
The successful candidate will have experience managing commercial property in a similar client facing role, particularly mixed use properties. MRICS is desirable however not essential, experience is key.
An understanding of the rationale behind asset management opportunities and showing a readiness to engage in negotiations is also important, along with an eagerness to find avenues for new clients and work and become involved in the process.
