We are instructed to recruit for a leading healthcare department, which is currently expanding with a key piece of recruitment. We are actively seeking to further strengthen the existing business by appointing ideally a surveyor level candidate to be based in Bristol.

This role involves providing valuation services for trading businesses in the healthcare sector. This requires specialist expertise in order to understand all the complexities of the interaction between the business, the building and the industry.

The team offer a full range of valuation, advisory, landlord and tenant services to provide true market knowledge, strategy and advice from a thorough and expansive perspective.

There is plenty of opportunity to participate in marketing and wider business generation as Bristol is a key hub for the business with international client contacts serviced from the city. This means that your career can move quickly by being at the centre of key players in a national team.
