I am presently assisting a medium sized property consultancy who are looking to add a Chartered Surveyor to their Utilities team in Nottingham. My client offers a flexible working pattern, with a hybrid option of home and office-based work.
As part of their Utilities team, you will carry out consultancy work primarily on behalf of major residential developers and promoters, carrying out development valuations as well as advising and assisting with compensation claims against a range of utility and infrastructure companies. All in the meanwhile my client will provide continuous and comprehensive training that support your career to grow as part of their young energetic team.
Key Experience and Skills
- MRICS Qualified
- Previous experience assisting CPO’s (beneficial)
- Commercial acumen
