Our client is a leading property developer specialising in urban regeneration

Description

Create, deliver and manage quality project outcomes for the client on its projects as master developer. Lead all
aspects of pre and post contract project delivery relating to infrastructure and land preparation of complex
Strategic Land developments through the entire development process; this will involve managing of all aspects of
the development cycle through the creation of programme plans and leadership of cross functional programme
teams to deliver high quality mixed use developments that align to our company values and objectives. Provide
advice on specific matters for other business units where required.

Profile

• 3-5 years experience working on infrastructure delivery (land preparation) of regeneration schemes
• Civil Engineering or Construction background preferred
• MICE, MRICS, MCIOB preferred
• Experience managing relationships and communications with suppliers and customers.
