An established and multi disciplinary practice, who provide high quality and recognised APC support, are now looking for an Assistant Cost Manager to join their team in Nottingham.
The successful Assistant Cost Manager will be based in their modern and sociable office, supporting the Cost Management team who pride themselves on hard work, within a positive atmosphere.
The Assistant Cost Manager will have the opportunity to work on a myriad of projects, including Stadiums, Hotels, High End Residential and Commercial use buildings.
The Assistant Cost Manager
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
- PQS experience would be beneficial
- Minimum of 12 months Cost Management experience
- Open to learning
- Motivated and Confident
- MRICS ambition
- Determined to make your mark
You will have a choice of projects to work on including Infrastructure, Retail, Commercial and Residential.
Duties will include;
- Cost Planning
- Beginning to manage own projects
- Support key clients
- £32,000 - £38,000
- 25 days annual leave
