A successful firm of chartered surveyors are exclusively working with Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor within their busy office.

This company established 20-years ago, pride themselves on being a traditional firm of surveyors and have an excellent reputation in the local area. A lot of their work is from repeat business principally working with listed buildings.

The role will predominantly involve working on projects including private residential and estates, through to schools and hotels.

The hiring manager is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor, however non-chartered approaching APC interview will be considered, with experience working on projects who ideally lives within 45-minutes of the Cotswolds area.

On offer is a competitive salary and 8% pension, 25 days annual leave (+BH), flexible working, on-site car parking and excellent training.
