Project Manager – Kent
Intermediate Level
£35000 – £45000
Leading construction and property consultancy based in Kent is currently seeking an intermediate level Project Manager / Employers Agent with some experience managing projects at a mid-level in one or more of the following sectors; Retail, Commercial, Distribution and Residential / Mixed Use.
You will have good knowledge of the development process from inception of the project through to the successful delivery of the construction phase and a track record for managing and delivering small-medium sized construction projects.
You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding and use of key Project Management management tools and knowledge of JCT and similar forms of building contracts.
They operate a flexible working policy so you will be based in their office in Maidstone, home or on site.
