Client - Side Project Manager - Commercial Property Developer - London - £80,000

I'm currently working with a top flight commercial property developer who are looking for a  Project Manager to join their London Team

My client is a very successful Commercial Property Developer, asset manager and investor, based in the west-end who are looking for an experienced industrial sector Project Manager to work across their impressive portfolio of commercial and largely industrial assets. You would be managing new build and some refurbishment projects, ranging from £2m to £100m from cradle to grave.

Their assets are all south of Birmingham and in or around London, so little traveling involved. They are looking for someone who can manage the projects, has good technical  construction knowledge and can manage the budget. They are offering a very strong salary and benefits package as well as the opportunity to move into a rarely available client-side role.
