Your new role

Asset Manager

The successful applicant will be allocated a specific portfolio of commercial properties, you will take ownership and responsibility to work in collaboration with your colleagues to drive rental & capital values in addition to optimising the efficiency of the estate. The role will require an asset manager with significant Landlord & Tenant experience as a large chunk of time will be dedicated to negotiating and completing key lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals and license alterations. There will be plenty of opportunities to work in partnership with the development and leasing teams to execute the key elements of the assets business plans.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS - Desirable

The successful candidate will bring relevant asset management experience from either a client side or consultancy background. The preferred candidate will have the ability to independents complete a caseloads of rent reviews & lease renewals along with completing asset management incentives in line with the assets business plans. Industrial & retail experience preferred.

What you'll get in return

This is a permanent job opportunity based in Central London with some home working and flexibility available. There is a competitive salary available up to £50,000 depending on experience, a performance related bonus scheme, 25 days holiday, pension scheme, private healthcare and more.
