Residential Property Surveyor

Who we are:

A rapidly growing RICS regulated chartered surveying practise specialising in home surveys, matrimonial and probate valuations.

Who we want:

A qualified Chartered or Assoc RICS Surveyor with at least 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant areas.

The role:

To carry out level 1, level 2 and level 3 home surveys plus matrimonial and probate valuations throughout Northern Ireland.

The opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic surveyor who wants to join a quality driven practice and who sees themselves as a partner within 2 years.

The requirements:

Chartered or Assoc RICS Surveyor with at least 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant areas.

Must be motivated to work independently and manage own workload with the option to work from home.

Clean driving licence and own vehicle essential.

Knowledge of Quest, ETech/Core Logic and BCIS systems an advantage.
