Hays Property & Surveying have recently been instructed by a major Real Estate Investment Trust who are a leading player within the UK Student Accommodation sector. We are looking to speak with experience MRICS Investment Management Surveyors who hold significant acquisition, disposal & development experience.

Hays Property & Surveying have been instructed by a leading provider and operator of modern & contemporary student accommodation who target major UK Cities and Universities. This listed property company has a long-standing track record of acquiring and developing lasting schemes, as the company continues to grow, we are supporting the business with their search for a talented MRICS Investment Manager who holds an interest in student property.

Your new role

This brand-new role within the team structure will support the head of property and take a lead on investment and development strategies which will include acquisitions, disposals and developments. The successful applicant will be fully involved with transaction management undertaking asset due diligence, collating market information, and preparing sales & acquisition documents. You will be required to lead on investment strategies for the existing and development portfolios along with asset management of the individual assets working with the integrated management and FM teams.

MRICS - Essential

We are seeking a high calibre individual who holds relevant asset management, fund management or Investment Experience. The successful candidate will come with a significant network of agents to call upon, experience of acquiring & disposing of assets managing the process from end to end along with property company or fund asset management experience.

What you'll get in return

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRICS Surveyor who is seeking a senior level client-side investment management opportunity within a leading UK REIT. The position will offer a highly competitive salary of c.£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Corporate Benefits Scheme.
